Shipping

All orders are shipped via DHL Express and will be insured up to the value of the item. Please note that any duties and taxes incurred in the country of destination are the responsibility of the customer. These import taxes apply only when shipping outside of the UK and VAT will be applied at checkout when shipping within the UK.

Every piece of Castro Smith jewellery is handmade by Castro in his London studio, the lead-time for Made to Order pieces is 10 weeks and bespoke items can be upwards of 6 months depending on the final design of the piece. If you need your piece sooner, please email kobayashi@castrosmith.com and we can discuss your deadline.

All Ready to Ship items listed on the website will be shipped within 1 week of purchase but please do let us know if you need it right away and we will do our best to accommodate. 

In the case that the item is a surprise for someone else, your Castro Smith piece will arrive in an unbranded cardboard box. However, inside the piece will be wrapped within a beautifully hand crafted Japanese wooden box accompanied by a drawing of the piece.
